The founders of Papacito’s were Charlotte Archer and Bonnie Lombardi who started the restaurant in 1989 and built the Cantina in 1992. There is a lot of history on the walls of the Cantina which remains as a tribute to Charlotte, Bonnie, and their customers.
Our goal is to consistently meet or exceed our customer’s expectations with quality in food and beverage, friendly service, cleanliness and community traditions that Papacito’s reputation is built on.
